RC Hill Service Department is so awesome. I use my vehicle at night time to visit my hospice patients. i called at 8 AM on Saturday morning after discovering a flat tire! I explained that I I use my vehicle at night time to visit my hospice patients. i called at 8 AM on Saturday morning after discovering a flat tire! I explained that I would need my car adding that night. They immediately made me an appointment, provided a loaner car so I could get home to sleep! Not only did they replace the two tires but I some recommended work from my last service. They offered to complete the recommended work as well as taking care of my flat tire! Alexa and Gio took such wonderful care of me and my vehicle! Always so impressed with their customer service. Each and every person that I encountered during the visit was super! A++++ all around! Thank you so much . Nowadays it is so difficult to receive great customer service but you all very much exceeded my expectations! More

I just love RC Hill dealership in Deland! First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. I didn’t have an appointment, yet she very sweetly worked me in anyways, alway smiling, always extrem First off, I was greeted very nicely by Alexis. I didn’t have an appointment, yet she very sweetly worked me in anyways, alway smiling, always extremely professional, and kind. Then “Gio” (Jovanny) proceeded to take care of me with the most professional kindness and courtesy. I am not kidding! It was near the end of the day. He took good care of my car; checked everything appropriately, did not try to upsell me many things that I didn’t need, which always is a concern of mine. He did let me know that what needed to be done and then, get this,!!!…. even though I didn’t have an appointment and it was the end of the day and he did all that work so nicely, he even detailed my car washing it inside and out himself. I cannot tell you the joy that I left that place with , I am so thankful that I got my car there because the service is excellent and the courtesy and kindness is above and beyond. I really assumed they couldn’t take me and I would’ve been fine with that and made an appointment but they went above and beyond to work me in and take the best care of me possible!! Alexis and Gio are an amazing asset to your company, and should be appreciated with raises and moving up the ladder. I am not kidding!!! They acted this way with no one over seeing them and I believe it’s their true personality and sharp business perfection. Thank you both ever so much!! Then Tony walked by me, ( Anthony), who sold me the car 2 1/2 years ago, and still remembered me. He was such a pleasure to do business with, and took a lot of the stress out of buying a new car. I have a lot of family and friends in this area and will always highly recommend this Mitsubishi dealership because of the way I have been incredibly treated so extremely well !!!
