I would like to commend Sales Associate Juan Carlos Bautista-Rodriguez on a purchase made of my used Kia K5 at the dealership on 2-10-24. We never even visited the dealership until the day of pick up as Juan did a video walk around for us, provided Carfax and all pertinent information prior. That is how comfortable and confident I was with his assistance. For a young guy, he is well versed in the entire process and went way above and beyond throughout and even after we took delivery. Always responsive to any text no matter how trivial and initiated his own when the registration came in. Even picked up the Vin check at my home due to the out of state purchase, to expedite the process. Juan is a great salesperson but more importantly a good person. That is truly what counts. I would like Empire Ford to know what a great asset he is to their team and their success. Thank you again Juan. More
