Ivan and Julia were wonderful helping me purchase my car. A week in a had an issue with car and Greg S and Eric H came to my house and picked up my car and took it back to the dealership. There was one thing scheduled to come back to get fixed which i didn't mind at all but when I called the service department twice I got no call back until I spoke with about it several days later, then I got a call finally. Overall I am happy, but delay getting done and slow/no response about the delayed part was frustrating. More

Willie Hailey was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable, honest and the best to deal with. He spent a great deal of time with us to pick the best car that worked well for us. He was very patient and provided insight on all details we were looking for. We also ended up trading in our vehicle where he gave us an above value for it to where we felt that we were being well taken care of. Inside sales manager and finance were extremely easy to deal with and made us also feel very comfortable where the process overall was outstanding. I would highly suggest everyone come visit to get an awesome buying experience! Worth our travel and the time to come out there. I have mixed feelings about this dealership. They have a great variety of cars no doubt. The staff is kind and professional. My wife and I had to really go back and forth to get the price we wa They have a great variety of cars no doubt. The staff is kind and professional. My wife and I had to really go back and forth to get the price we wanted and our credit scores deserved.. Then came getting the car home. Bought the car on Friday. On Moday morning the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and brought it to them that evening after work. They run diagnostic and find that i have a bad oil pressure sensor. They schedule me a follow up appointment to get it taken car of. I get thr car back two days later and again the following Monday the lights back on again. This tine i was given a rental car while they fix.thr problem which turned out to be a malfunctioning oil pump which was covered by warranty. I will say this. All of the matentence and rental car was on the dealership dime. It just tucked to buy a car and less than 4 days I had issues not once but twice within 3 weeks of purchase. So I again appreciate the service and the life time.power.train they provide to customers free of charge. More
