Ivan and Julia were wonderful helping me purchase my car. A week in a had an issue with car and Greg S and Eric H came to my house and picked up my car and took it back to the dealership. Shane L and Spencer A week in a had an issue with car and Greg S and Eric H came to my house and picked up my car and took it back to the dealership. Shane L and Spencer H assisted in getting my issue resolved. Greg brought my car back to my house washed and shiny! Julia was great. The princess took too long. I knew the truck i wanted and a short drive later I was ready, but it was a couple hours before I was done. There was one The princess took too long. There was one thing scheduled to come back to get fixed which i didn't mind at all but when I called the service department twice I got no call back until I spoke with about it several days later, then I got a call finally. Overall I am happy, but delay getting done and slow/no response about the delayed part was frustrating. More
