Vehicle I purchased is great so far, however, staff seemed lost in the process. There was alot of back and forth with decision making and the sales person I dealt with was new and it was very obvious. seemed lost in the process. The finance piece was very “clunky” in my opinion. I made it clear from the start of the day what I was looking to do only to end up there still 5hours later about to walk out because they were not making any bit of sense. I still did not get an answer to my question from the start but at this point time will give me the answer as I got tired of asking it. More

I did not have a positive sales experience here. The sales manager was more interested in profit than the customer. I ordered a vehicle to meet my families needs and budget. The vehicle that was sol The sales manager was more interested in profit than the customer. I ordered a vehicle to meet my families needs and budget. The vehicle that was sold to me had additional items added to it that I did not want and the sales manager said she had no power to do anything about that and I had to pay for those add one. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, she offered to buy my kids and I hats. Apparently adding $600 to the vehicle can be remedied by buying hats. I’ve had great experiences with the service department so that’s good. I will opt be recommending my sales manager to anyone and may even recommend they take their business elsewhere (Tucson or Phoenix). -edit- Mr. Ross made things right with this deal by compensating me for the cost of the add ons. I would add that I had a positive experience up to the point of the vehicle sale. Thankfully Mr. Ross made things right in the end. Because of this, I would give Sierra Toyota another chance at my business in the future, however I would work with another salesman. * Thank you Ross for reaching out and taking care of me and my family. Your response goes a long way in my book. More
