Without a doubt the BEST new car purchasing experience I have ever had, and this old guy has had a few in his life. Lynn and Julie were absolutely fantastic, taking their time with me, answering questions, have ever had, and this old guy has had a few in his life. Lynn and Julie were absolutely fantastic, taking their time with me, answering questions, providing options and suggestions, and keeping me informed on the timeline from production of my RAV4 Hybrid at the Georgetown plant to arrival at Sierra Toyota. Lynn and Julie are knowledgeable, no-pressure straight shooters and when they say they will do something they "git 'er dun!" The purchase was fun, as it should have been! I was lucky enough to have 2 sales people help me. First up was Eric the internet salesman. From the start of the conversation I felt comfortable and like I was in good hands. When I arrived Eric was with another customer and kept apologizing to me for not being available. I had a 2 hour drive to the dealership I didn't expect him to sit and wait for me to get there. Besides He already had someone else lined up to help me as soon as I arrived. He introduced me to Julie. What a sweet lady she was to me. She was also very knowledgeable as well as a good listener. If there was something she wasn't sure about. She would tell me. Then right away would get the answer for me. The manager Brian also came in to answer questions that I had. The finance person Scott was very efficient and friendly as well. It was a joy to do business with this dealership. This group of people made me feel like we had known each other for years. We laughed and picked on each other. It was amazing. I will be excited when the first oil change comes around to go and see them all again. I have been to many dealerships in my 60 yrs.
