Obviously purchasing a new vehicle is quite a challange due to supply issues. I spent the last 6 months communicating with about 8 dealerships around AZ. Some dealerships were a complete joke to try to due to supply issues. I spent the last 6 months communicating with about 8 dealerships around AZ. Some dealerships were a complete joke to try to work with(no replies, or calls, just spam) while a couple dealerships were easy to communicate with. Sierra was the only dealer that was actually willing to get the specific truck that I wanted. They also were willing to go down to a better price than the other dealers and also were willing to skip the typical dealer add-on stuff that I didn't want. Julie was prompt in returning my texts and emails and Jeff was good enough to pick me up at the airport the day I picked up my truck. Definitely worth the effort to go the Sierra Vista dealer even though I live in the Phoenix area! More
