Unplanned Purchase When I first walked in Eastchester jeep, Jan 31st 2020; I was greeted and welcomed at the door by Stephen Davis who I immediately recognized by face. When I first walked in Eastchester jeep, Jan 31st 2020; I was greeted and welcomed at the door by Stephen Davis who I immediately recognized by face. I immediately acknowledged my first experience with him at another dealership, who then sold me a car at a competitor's location over 10years ago; I had a great experience then and an even better one now. Stephen is the kind of sales representative that I truly appreciate and would recommend him to anyone who ever needed a name of caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient sales rep. He was well receptive and wasn't at all overly a push over. He made me feel comfortable and safe with each decision, until the final one to purchase. I only went to Eastchester Jeep to just do a walk through and see my options. I never thought on Jan 30th I would come home with a new vehicle; but I was truly happy with how I was truly taken care of by Stephen Davis. I was then introduced to Richard, the sales manager who was the deal closer. A very well knowledgeable manager and an excellent deal closer. I appreciated Stephens care throughout me making my final decision and Richard for being patient with the final process and every detail that went into me making my final decision. But I wasn't happy with the financial Manager Julio Nunez , who came off very rude and came off very condescending to both myself and my mother. I almost walked away from the deal from based on his tone and the level of conversation. He even used words "if it wasn't for your family, you would not get the deal" and that to me is way below the level of respect and professionalism. Don't judge people based on their surrounding environment. , Javier a sales manager came in and spoke to us at the last hour almost 9pm and tried to save the transaction, because Richard, the manager who I had spoken earlier and closed the deal with, had to depart. However in the end my family and I made the best decision we felt after speaking with Javier and Stephen. I don't think I am overjoyed of the whole experience. And that it why there is a 4 out of 5 stars. I do want to send a special THANK YOU to Steven Davis..... More

Had the car listed for $35,000 i drove 700 miles to purchase it they told me it was $37,000 which is illegal per NyDCA. Had the car has Certified Pre-Owned and failed to sell the car with brakes at 50% purchase it they told me it was $37,000 which is illegal per NyDCA. Had the car has Certified Pre-Owned and failed to sell the car with brakes at 50% life as the tires too never again will i go to this dealership they are not truthful and won’t help shameful to uphold Dodge name!
