Kevin Silva in sales and Julian in service came through for me. I had my car towed in late and didn't get there until just after 7pm just after service closed and Julian stayed late to get me checked in wh for me. I had my car towed in late and didn't get there until just after 7pm just after service closed and Julian stayed late to get me checked in which was great because I need my car for work as an in home sales rep. I explained all this to Julian and he made sure my car got looked at first thing in the morning, calling me by 8:30am with an update. One thing that I greatly appreciated was that they handled all my sales samples with care and put everything back where they found it. Because of my cars mileage and age, and the fact it had just broke down on me during work I decided to look into purchasing a second vehicle. Kevin helped me with that and did great job walking me through everything and since the status of my other vehicle was still unknown he put a rush on my registration paperwork. I got towed in at 7pm and by noon the next day I not only had my original vehicle fixed, but my new car registered and ready to drive home.
