From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by everyone. Bill worked very hard to get us in a 2018 Equinox. Bill even sweetened the deal by sharing his stash of mints. We also would like to extend many thanks to Justin. Without the help of Justin we would not have been able to get our Equinox with payments that were comfortable for us. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication to me and my family. More

Evan, who initially discussed my interested vehicles of choice with me (after I purposely went into the lot by myself to look over what they had PRIOR to introducing myself to a sales associate). Was knowledgeable and helpful enough to make me want to return two days later. He was tied up at the time of my second visit, so in order to expedite my wanting to further persue a particular Colorado, he hooked me up with his peer, "Wild" Bill Smith. Well, I tamed 'Wild" Bill in no time at all and we spent over 4 hours together. What could have been a grueling experience moved along smoothly. Then after financing was approved, I met Justin. A nice fellow who moved things along rather quickly until... THE CURVE BALL came. My only gripe and it has nothing to do with Justin, Bill, or Evan. I came into the dealership that day intending to buy a vehicle. I came wiuth a CASHIER's check for $5,000.00 written out to BENNETT Chevrolet, so NOBODY ELSE could cash that GUARANTEED check from Bank of America. But when it came time to use it as a down payment, the hassles I was put through because my WIFE purchased the GUARANTEED CASHIER's check was an absolute embarrassment They made me scan and e-mail a third party payment letter to my wife, who was in Boston at a seminar so she could go to her hotel's business center to get a copy of the e-mail attachment printed out so she could sign it, photograph the signed copy and e-mail it back to Bennett. In the end the sale went through but the additional hours of phone calls, e-mails, scrambling, etc after already spending over four hours .at the dealership was unprofessional and uncalled for. All over a GUARANTEED CASHIERS check written out to only Bennett Chevrolet. Nobody else could ever had been able to cash it except for Bennett! So my rating score for Bill, Evan, and Justin is a FIVE. For Bennett's policy and procedure, they only get a one. More

First Truck, This is the third vehicle purchased from Bennet Chevrolet. They continue to treat me as family. Each individual was the same as if they were cut from the same "Great Mold." Bennet Muldoon came and greeted me letting me know he was there again for me. This greeting was repeated later by his Father, Adolph. John Falivene was the salesman who showed me every vehicle I wanted to see and each veicle I wanted to test drive he made it possible. My time was his time, no high pressure was exerted. A true professional. Mark Hendricks went above and beyond was working with me on the finance. Justin Bird explained everything when it came to the paperwork. It came down to the choice between a Colorado and a Silverado. I left the dealership to meet with my wife, explained everything to her and we agreed to go with the Silverado. I returned to the dealership and completed everything. Prior to leaving, a gentlemen approached me and stated he would like to speak with me. He stated Bennet Muldoon, knowing this was my first truck suggested to get a mat for the truck's bed as well as a cover. I ordered the mat. Every person I dealt with you could tell were working for my best interest. I will continue to praise Bennet Chevrolet. Thank you for this opportunity. John Heenan More

Found a perfect replacement for the truck I just totaled I had a very positive buying experience here when I purchased a new truck last year. Last week I crashed and totaled that truck. Having done my research, and spoken to ALEX on the phone before hand I felt ready to come in , still guarded, to begin my purchase. From the moment I met Alex, I knew I was in good hands. He was kind, funny knowledge, and most importantly listened to what was important to me in a new car. He quickly found what was to become my new baby. We took a test drive as he pointed out the specifics of the important details that I was looking for in a car. He really put my mind at ease that I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted and not just what was being pushed off the lot. He even went as far as to find me a different color to make sure I would be happy. After we decided on cost of purchase, my experience continued with the manager who helped me with the trade in of my jeep. He was able to help with the monthly cost and get me that tiny bit extra to make sure I would be driving home happy and comfortable and with my mind at ease. He really made all the difference. All in all Bennett Chevy made today as painless as possible, and given the chance I would encourage anyone else to use them and I would definitely use them in the future and for my family. It was worth the drive and the tiny headache in finance:) More
