I was told, sorry but our work warranty is 1 year. Put yourself in the consumers place...really! It is hard to swallow that the exact same repair was needed again in just over a year for something Walker service was suppose to have fixed. So, what am I to do? Am I to assume every 14 months or so this same thing will break...hummm. Staff is always a pleasure to work with, very courteous and professional. It just seems something is wrong here. More

Updates and customer care were definitely worth the five star review. My service advisor Steve was very helpful and understanding, even with the difficult situation my vehicle is in for. My only complaint would be the lack of pride in the work performed, as the engine bay was left dirty, some hardware missing, and my exhaust not re-installed very well.
