Justin tried to find a ghost problem on my F150 for a week and it would not do it again. So the truck was returned by Denise and if it does it again it will probably need a computer. I can't say enough on how helpful their employees are! I had just moved here from Wisconsin and my battery died at a gas station. The person I happened to ask for help jumping my car was the wife of one of had just moved here from Wisconsin and my battery died at a gas station. The person I happened to ask for help jumping my car was the wife of one of Walker Ford's mechanics. We were having a problem and even though it was his day off and the day was very hot he came out and helped me get my car started, which wasn't just an easy jump start. I went to have my car worked on to Walker because of him. I found everyone there involved, from start to finish, I dealt with to fix my car was polite and helpful. It was as easy and pleasant as possible of an experience. I would recommend Walker Ford to anyone looking for a place were customer care still means something! More
