Ryan helped us on Saturday when we drove in without an appointment. He saw that the passengers seat belt was screwed up and unable to be used. Ryan was concerned that I was unable to safely ride in our appointment. He saw that the passengers seat belt was screwed up and unable to be used. Ryan was concerned that I was unable to safely ride in our car. He referred us too Steve who got us in on Monday to fix my seatbelt problem. When Steve called me that afternoon to let me know that my car was ready I was thrilled. The wonderful team fixed my explorer and made sure I was safe. I felt very special that they were concerned for my safety. We will look to Walker Ford and Ryan and Steve for our automotive needs. More
