Ive been to a few dealerships and have never been treated with better professionalism, honesty, and efficiency. If you get a chance ask for Benjamin Soto , Patrick Lancaster, & Justin Boone. Not once was I pressured into giving my social sec to get a credit check immediately or pressured into buying the vehicle that wasn’t in my budget. They let me test drive my options and helped me get a reasonable APR. thank you North Park Toyota! I’ll be telling my family and friends where to shop!!! And definitely writing in a google review!! More

Unprofessional This is one of those times where if I could give zero stars, I would. The person I had been dealing with, online and text, was Harold. He was cordial This is one of those times where if I could give zero stars, I would. The person I had been dealing with, online and text, was Harold. He was cordial throughout the entire time although he started to do the whole back and forth thing with his manager (Justin) that they’re known for doing. I was pretty set on a number and after some time, we couldn’t agree on a number and I thanked him for his time and was ready to walk out since it was late and I was ready to go. As Harold was walking me out he stops by another managers desk and again they ask the same questions to see how they can “earn your business”. I let him know I had a number in mind and if it can be met then we have a deal if not then that’s ok and maybe another time. He calls Justin over and again starts discussing the options. After I let them know for the umpteenth time what it was I was looking for as it hadn’t changed, he says he’ll go “run some numbers” again. Justin goes runs numbers a couple more times and still not what I asked for. I extend my hand to thank Harold for his time and let Justin know I will pass. Justin tells me “he’d hate for me to wake up Monday morning and wish I had taken the offer”. I tell him maybe I will or maybe I will not. I go to look at the paper again and said I’ll think about it and was going to take a picture of it so I can mull over the offer. He jerked the paper out of my hand and said “I won’t be having you use my numbers to get a better deal”. I was shocked at how he had yanked the paper out of my hand and said what he did. Completely unprofessional! Early on I had given Harold a number and once I had done that, i never wavered from that and wasn’t rude about them not being able to give me the offer I had wanted. Don’t waste your time going here and if you must, be extremely leery of Justin. More

Cannot day enough good things about Rico and Jeremy! Side note some of your parts employees can be a little rude, when I went in to purchase my car cover it was a hassle to receive my 10% discount that I was told I get by the parts manager since I had just purchased my vehicle. I actually had to have the employee call the manager up otherwise I was told to go get my sales person to vouch for me... Not sure that I will be purchasing my parts/accessories from you guys! More
