Other dealers wanted me to come in before covering any pricing but I liked Andrews’s transparent approach where I didn’t have to play games. • Raul was excellent in helping me with the features on the car I was looking at and even followed up to help trouble shoot when a feature didn’t active right away. • Justin in Finance was a pleasure to work with and you could see he was a master at his craft. • Everything was as promised when I came in, Andrew took the time to breakdown the numbers to ensure I fully understood all the details of the deal. Not only were these young men available to answer questions and address our concerns during our visit but they continue to check in and make themselves available to assist with the special features on our car! This is our second Mercedes purchase and of course, we remain impressed with the workmanship, function and reliability of our luxury vehicle! My only critic is with Justin Campbell, finance department. He did not avail himself to clarify a question we had the next day. He failed to return my phone calls and has not reached out to date. We voiced our concern to Andrew our sales rep and he answered our questions. Thanks again Andrew and Raul and we will definitely refer our family members and friends to experience VIP treatment at Walter’s! More
