I believe I received an excellent deal and excellent value for my trade. The dealership inventory was very good, especially for a Toyota dealership where, based on demand, some models are difficult to find. This was the only vehicle dealership we visited because their website was up to date and the only nearby dealership that had what we were looking for. Evan Hicks was our salesman and patiently helped me through linking the phone and new App to the new truck...and answering a thousand questions. Evan is also a Toyota owner making his familiarity easy to navigate through the vast Toyota selection. As for the vehicle itself - When I left the dealership, I pulled onto I-75 and glided into traffic. The truck's (TRD Pro) smoothness and ride quality exceeded my expectations. The growl of the tuned exhaust was just icing on the cake. More

Kenny's knowledge of the vehicles, both new and used, are super helpful. With my wife's brand new Rav4 Hybrid last month and now my used 2022 Tundra, he's been very knowledgeable and upfront about everything, and even on the phone he has been super responsive anytime I call. We'll be back for my 2nd daughter's car for sure because we love the reliability and quality of Toyota vehicles and this particular dealership is far superior to the rest. I also want to give a shout out to our finance person Crystal Thompson who is always so thorough and pretty quick with our financing, and just a kind-hearted person in general. The floor managers and service ladies at the front desk who are always kind make a big impression as well, and the other salesmen who never fail to greet us on our way in and always open the doors for my wife and daughters like gentlemen should. The car is all wheel drive and was very important to us. The car can also be started by using a app. This was important that the car had remote start. Michael was very patient showing us the app, Bluetooth, and all the features. So far the app is free for a year, I don't know how I feel about having to pay for the ability to remote start my car. Justice went over all of the extra warrants for the car and helped us choose what was best for us. He also said he drives the same car. Justin the sales manager came in and worked out the few little things to bring the deal home. Thanks More

Purchased a 2020 Lexus RC350 for my wife at Toyota of Cleveland. I live in Chattanooga, but haven't purchased a car in Chattanooga area or suburbs in over 20 years. Most dealers I've dealt with here seem to think people won't drive a few hours to get a better deal which is not the case with me. I've previously driven 8 hours one way to save $4000 on a vehicle. I actually went to Atlanta Sunday to look at a comparable Lexus. I explained this to my salesman Austin Calfee and his sales manager Mike Covington. These two went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted and kept my money local. They are a laid back dealership and don't have the "better go buy that somewhere else" attitude. I feel they worked hard to earn my business and just sold me my first local car in 23 years. Nothing but good words to say for the whole team. They have earned a new customer. I will be back. More
