A month late and a dollar short. We went to Toyota of Cleveland at the end of July after our Tahoe made its last ride. Toyota of Cleveland was actually the 4th dealership we went to that week. Austin Calfee met us at the gate and had the vehicle I was interested in pulled to the front lot. The vehicle, unfortunately, did not look as well as it did in photos and whenever I expressed my disappointment, Austin didn’t hesitate to go grab their sales manager, Mike Covington. We had a lengthy conversation about what it was that I wanted and thankfully, we were able to work it out to a lower price to cover the marks and scuffs. Austin went on the test drive with us and he was incredible the entire trip. He was very patient and sweet and was an absolute delight to talk to. I never felt “pressured” nor rushed as you do at many dealership. They were able to work with us on diff financing that were comparable to what we were quoted through our credit union and I’m beyond happy with our purchase. If it weren’t so far away, I would definitely use them again for all of our services and repair. More
