I've used Toyota of Cleveland for about 9 years and have always had a great experience with them. I've had 3 leases with them, the last of which I'm buying. Crystal in finance was equally helpful and patent with me finalizing the loan. I also have to thank Angelia in the service department. She was very helpful and informative when I had specific maintenance related questions about my new vehicle. The staff at Toyota of Cleveland have always been kind and professional and I can't think of a single bad interaction with them all the way from the sales and reception staff to the financial and service department.
