Offered a month end deal for a car with a known problem I was looking for a certified used Jeep to purchase last week. The Jeep I was interested in had a major squeeking noise during the test drive. Even I was looking for a certified used Jeep to purchase last week. The Jeep I was interested in had a major squeeking noise during the test drive. Even though I was at the dealership for a hour, the mechanics could not resolve the issue. The dealership offered me a "month end" deal that I was willing to agree to but the car was not working well (they still had not resolved the squeeking issue) so I told them to call when resolved. Then, the next day they sent a note back saying that the problem was resolved but that they were resinding the month end offer from the day before. Why would anyone expect a consumer to buy a "certified" car with a known problem This dealership is unprofessional and not trust worthy. AVOID this dealership More

These guys aren’t sales they are customer service Now a days its pretty much a rarity to find good customer service, god even just a friendly face while car shopping is hard enough. Not here tho, Justin my salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and just flat out someone I wanted to buy my truck from because he made it a experience. Whether dealing with finance or the reception desk they were all great, I was at 6 dealerships and talked to maybe 20..... not one of them compares to the service offered here. I highly recommend you save yourself the trouble and just go visit these fine folks and Ganley ! Thanks y’all and we will see you soon for my steps and truck liner ;) More
