Long story short Fermin took care of me the moment I be arrived and was an all star the entire process. While waiting for the finance manager he could have abandon me and my friend but he decided to stick it out with us and showed us the two COPO Camaros sitting in the show room. He was so excited to show is that I'm sure if I asked him to start them he would! Loved his enthusiasm and his love for cars. I will need a second car soon and I will happily drive 2 hours again just for their service! My only request is that not everyone is as familiar with EV as I am, I wish the team would know a bit more of EV overall to help people make the right choice. Brian Doyle was nice the day of but has terrible follow through and I feel like a second rate citizen at Stingray because i bought a used car for $25K rather than a new car. We were there for FIVE hours and it was not because we were negotiating absolutely anything. He never called back with what he promised and I had to call several times a week later to catch him. He wasn't helpful at all with my after the sale questions and I felt like he was blowing me off. We have purchased our last three cars at Stingray and my husband should be ready to buy something soon and I am not sure we would return. Justin was wonderful. Straightforward to all of my questions. Issues were resovled I took delivery of my 2019 Equinox on the 14th of March and returned it on March 15 for some custom stripes. Well, getting it striped turned into quite an issue that took almost a month to resolve. Now that sounds terrible but on the other hand everyone and everything possible to satisfied me was being done. The entire staff bent over backwards to accommodate and please me. I have to say, I was at times quite upset but at the end the Stingray team really did an excellent job with making things right for me. I definitely would recommend Stingray Chevrolet for purchasing your next vehicle. More
