Justin is amazing! Second car we bought from him and wont be the last! I love how he was able to look at a variety of makes and models from multiple LaFontaine dealers Second car we bought from him and wont be the last! I love how he was able to look at a variety of makes and models from multiple LaFontaine dealerships to find us the right car at the right price point. He had to jump through hoops for us but did so with grace, energy and efficiency, even if he knew some of the asks were not going to be in our range. Regardless of what vehicle we will purchase next, we will absolutely come back to Justin for it and we tell everyone who is looking for a vehicle to call him! Thank you, Justin! More

I was not going to write a review. I had a bad experience and I told those at the dealership that I dealt with that I would not write a review. But they did not do what they committed I had a bad experience and I told those at the dealership that I dealt with that I would not write a review. But they did not do what they committed to doing. I requested to not receive emails or texts. I continue to get emails or texts despite them saying I would not receive these. Communication during the buying process could have greatly improved. I live far away from Lansing and I needed better communication to plan the travel to there. One associate smelled like alcohol. They kept me waiting when I arrived. They told me that my registration would be mailed to me. Why would this be policy? Why would any dealer let someone not have a registration? They later printed it. The extended warranty process was not explained at all. The biggest issue is that they failed to transfer my plate to my new vehicle. This resulted in me driving over an hour without it. Fortunately I realized it and turned around and went back. I met with a manager that originally seemed to be helpful. I asked the manager to follow up with me in 2 weeks to let me know how he addressed the forgotten plate transfer to ensure that no other customer ever had to go through this. The manager said he would follow up. But he did not do so. There are also several credit inquiries that remain on my credit report. I am not sure why this had to happen. But thank you. There is more, but these are the highlights. I realize that no one will address these concerns. Really I am writing this so someone else can read it and hopefully avoid what I went through. More
