1) Asked for service in preparation for an extended trip. Upon completion, was told that everything looks good. After checking out and looking at invoice, it said that wipers need to be replaced, and inside Upon completion, was told that everything looks good. Both could have been done, but were not. 2) Dashboard display was not as it was when car was turned in. Had to get a service tech to reset display. This has happened several times in the past. More

Arrived a little early; car had a cursory check based on my online comments. The issue as I described could not be replicated then or while being serviced. Also since the oil life was greater than 10%, I would be paying as Honda Corporate would not reimburse unless it was less than 10%. More
