Skittish Customer Delighted by Genius Salesperson Justin is exactly as he appears in his photo: friendly, warm, kind, and open. He patiently answered my many, many questions via e-mail, laughed at my Justin is exactly as he appears in his photo: friendly, warm, kind, and open. He patiently answered my many, many questions via e-mail, laughed at my stupid jokes, and did not laugh at my fear of driving a Prius on the freeway after 12 years with a Yaris. He patiently explained all the car's unfamiliar features and was unfazed by my novice negotiating. I admit I was freaked out at the thought of buying a new car--very scared of the whole process. As an older single woman I'm used to people trying to rip me off, but with Justin there were no mind games, no attempts to jack up the price, and no deception--WYSIWYG. I would highly recommend this salesperson to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. He's a delight. Give him a raise, Falmouth Toyota! (Justin White and Tom Murphy were also very helpful. Everyone was honest and straightforward.) More

We’re down on the other side of the Bourne Bridge and decided to drive over and see if we could test drive the new RAV4 and Highlander for comparison. We’re introduced to Justin Halstead who gave us his undivided attention. Drove both cars and decided we still liked the Highlander better. Asked for a valuation on our 2008, and a net cash price for a new car. Justin ran some numbers quickly and came back with a price that was very competitive with the other three area dealers we had surveyed, and was was just so helpful and earnest, we couldn’t say no. So we did the deal. 4:00 Monday Afternoon. Picked up a bank check Tuesday and the car Wednesday. Completely painless! Kudos to Justin. More

For starters, he scored the car I wanted even though the 2019 Rav hybrid sells really quickly and doesn’t stay on the lot for long. Then he helped set me up with a plan that worked for me, and even managed to work with the Toyota team to have my near-and-dear license plate transition to the new vehicle. Toyota was so good about letting me have a loaner car between when Toyota took our 14-year old Prius (also purchased at Falmouth Toyota) when I could pick up the new Rav. On pickup day, Justin was really knowledgeable about all the controls in the car (of which there are a great many new ones I’d never seen before), and he was also quite patient in answering all my questions about the new options and capabilities. Justin and the Toyota team were friendly and helpful throughout, and worked extremely hard to ensure I ended up with the right car, the right plan, and with a smile on my face. Thanks, Justin, and thank you Falmouth Toyota! More
