He made a not so good situation for me much more pleasant to deal with. He really took the time to get the details of my needs and wants, then had me look and test drive some vehicles. Then thoroughly explained the features and answered questions that I had. Everything went smoothly, I wasn’t left hanging around for hours with no reason. When it came to financing the service was prompt and the details were explained, again with out waiting around with no response. It was really a great experience all in all. More

Best experience in 30+ years of buying a vehicle! We had been looking at purchasing a new vehicle for 6 months and have researched several vehicles and visited various dealers. Let me say I HATE buying a vehicle to begin with mostly due to the typical salesman experience and the pressure tactics or wheeler dealer back and forth with the sales manager or especially the ridiculous dealer prep charges that you find out about at the end of the sales process. None of that was an issue with Justin and he listened to all of our concerns and requests and respected us as the customer and made the process easy and a pleasure. We had our eye on another vehicle and decided to go with Justin and even paid a bit more because of how he conducted himself and the sales process. We HIGHLY recommend Justin. Toyota you have a real gem of an employee in Justin. More

He patiently answered my many, many questions via e-mail, laughed at my stupid jokes, and did not laugh at my fear of driving a Prius on the freeway after 12 years with a Yaris. He patiently explained all the car's unfamiliar features and was unfazed by my novice negotiating. I admit I was freaked out at the thought of buying a new car--very scared of the whole process. As an older single woman I'm used to people trying to rip me off, but with Justin there were no mind games, no attempts to jack up the price, and no deception--WYSIWYG. I would highly recommend this salesperson to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. He's a delight. Give him a raise, Falmouth Toyota! (Justin White and Tom Murphy were also very helpful.
