Dishonest. Would not stand by the sticker price. Had the financing and all the price breakdown in writing. Then they called to say the sticker price with the matching VIN # was incorrect. Additional package financing and all the price breakdown in writing. Then they called to say the sticker price with the matching VIN # was incorrect. Additional package price was right but the mrsp should have been 9950 more. No offer to work a deal or even suggest another auto. Just wanted to sweep their mistake under the rug before the General Manager found out. Left us in the cold! More

This has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman, Arthur, lied to me and knows nothing about Jeeps and the sales manager Justin covered for him. Then the GSM Justin flat refuses to hono My salesman, Arthur, lied to me and knows nothing about Jeeps and the sales manager Justin covered for him. Then the GSM Justin flat refuses to honor the deal they made with me and refuses to call me back. I’ve been trying to get OEM LED lights installed on my Jeep for 2 months. I can’t get a manager to call me back and I had to drive back down there and spend two hours with my salesman, Arthur Waters, to get the lights out on. I showed Arthur what OEM LED lights looked like because he obviously doesn’t know and when I got my Jeep back, you guessed it, the dealership had installed aftermarket LED lights on my Jeep, that was not the deal. And on top of that the dealership sold the loaner that I was driving at the time and kept harassing me to get it back to the dealership, which when I got there no one greeted me or walked out to my Jeep with me to make sure I got what I wanted. No I had a salesman breathing down my neck for the keys. Now the dealership has had my Jeep for two weeks and I can’t get Justin the GSM to call me back. I have no idea when I will get my Jeep back. I would have given negative 5 stars but that wasn’t an option. More

I wanted to take a minute to say that Steve Landers CDJ is very lucky to have Josh Walker as an employee! This man overwhelms himself trying to help everyone in the dealership from others who work there, t is very lucky to have Josh Walker as an employee! This man overwhelms himself trying to help everyone in the dealership from others who work there, to every single customer around him, even if they're not his customers! He has a genuine want to help people and you can tell his heart is good. Even when I could see the pressure of the day building on him, he still keep a smile on his face and was very professional! I was there for a service issue and because of the pandemic the service department is understaffed and overworked and are working tirelessly to get caught up and take care of each and every customer who pulls through their bay! They told me it was going to be a couple of hours but they would get me in and get my problem rectified. I think I would have gotten frustrated if I wouldn't have met Mr. Walker! Even though he knew I wasn't buying anything, he loaded me up on a cart and took me around and actually wasn't trying to sell me. I know alot about cars in general and he was asking me questions and was like a sponge soaking up any knowledge he could get out of me! This is going to be a future leader of this company and for that reason alone the future of Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep is looking very bright! I also wanted to mention that he told me Justin Kervin who is the GSM of the store took a chance on him and his brother Madison, whom I didn't get the pleasure, and hired them against some adversity he faced in his decision! Well Mr. Kervin, you made the right choice and I haven't met you but from how Mr. Walker speaks of you, my hat goes off to you for actually caring about your employees and the customers! I know Mr. Walker has nothing but the highest respect for you and looks up to you considerably so keep being a role model to new sales people like the Walker's because the automotive business needs more in the leadership position like you! I want to thank Tracy in the service department for going above and beyond to get me in and out and for the whole staff at Landers CDJ for my entire experience, I will be a customer for life!! More
