My entire family and I have gone to Klaben - specifically Justin - for decades now due to all those reasons. They also always stock a wide array of choices, with the best configurations. We cannot imagine a better, more knowledgeable or more trustworthy car salesman than Justin! My husband knows cars, particularly Jeeps as that is all he has ever driven. He was impressed with Justin’s knowledge and experience. He has exceptional eye contact and listening skills. He spent an hour plus with us before we drove the car off the lot, making sure all our questions were answered and tutoring us in all the latest and greatest features the new Jeep Compass has to offer! My husband trusts Justin so much, he is going to see him tomorrow to possibly purchase another Jeep for himself! I was very satisfiesd with Joe Hilliard and his team in the Service Dept at Klaben they all seemed to care and take the time to listen to you. I was appreciative of the shuttle ride back home as the work o the Service Dept at Klaben they all seemed to care and take the time to listen to you.
