Nothing else I left confused and very disappointed with Heritage Honda ! To whomever may concern made me feel like I totally wasted my time! More

How you leave others feeling after an inte There is an old adage that comes to mind: "Your smile is your logo. Your personality is your business card. How you leave others feeling after an interaction becomes your trademark." This could not be more accurate in describing my glowing experience at Heritage Honda Parkville dealership. When I say I experienced thoroughly positive interactions with the staff, I mean it. The entire process from beginning to end was smooth and customer driven. For starters, I had a great experience working with Dominique. He was a great listener and helped me find a car that I adore! He was knowledgable, professional, and personable. Justin the sales manager was fair in his price negotiation and worked to find the best deal possible. This transferred smoothly over to working in the Finance room with Sam. His kindness, knowledge and willingness to make the process go as smoothly as possible made it pleasurable to do business with them. I would give the dealership a score of 11 out of 10 if I could. Even being greeted momentarily by the general manager Peter was genuine and put my car buying anxiety at ease. Purchasing a vehicle can be a pretty stressful experience. Not so here at this location. All of these gentlemen working together made the experience as it should be: leaving me as the customer with a lasting impression that not only did I get the car I wanted that most suited my needs, but that I was respected and treated fairly in the entire process from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and I will be back again for my future car buying and servicing needs. More

Hi, My experience with Parkville Honda was not good. I am really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and aft really disappointed with the staff. With my purchase of a new Honda hybrid on last Tuesday. The attitude of the staff was so different before and after buying the car. The calculated numbers they put on were all incorrect. Also charged for wheel locks and splash guards which they did not install in the car and never informed me of it. until I call them now and ask the staff, they are happy to install them. This is so unprofessional. Sorry to say, really pissed of with the purchase. More
