I stopped by just to chat one day because my prior lease was due to expire in a month. Within a week, I drove away in my newest RAV-4 with an extremely fair lease. Ken was always available by phone and stayed extra hours at work to accommodate my hectic schedule. Jesse was my main contact but was away at a conference the one day I could stop in so he set me up with Glen for a couple test drives. They both were fantastic and I never once felt pressured to buy, nor did I feel the need to haggle. My husband (who is very particular about what dealerships he goes to) also found the experience very positive and compared the Falmouth Toyota dynamic to that of Planet Subaru. I was dreading dealing with car salespeople but at Falmouth Toyota I felt as though I had a team looking out for the best vehicle to fit my needs and my budget and they absolutely delivered. Justin even dug around a bit more and got me a better APR than I expected. Living on an island makes doing things like buying a car fairly complicated and the team at Falmouth went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive and smooth. He gave us the lowdown on the vehicle and took us for a drive. First time we had actually seen the RAV 4, back to the office and in ten mins. we had a deal. Yesterday 3/6 we picked up the car and dealt with Derrick D. Who patiently explained all the features of the vehicle,great guy!!
