Jesse was my main contact but was away at a conference the one day I could stop in so he set me up with Glen for a couple test drives. They both were fantastic and I never once felt pressured to buy, nor did I feel the need to haggle. My husband (who is very particular about what dealerships he goes to) also found the experience very positive and compared the Falmouth Toyota dynamic to that of Planet Subaru. I was dreading dealing with car salespeople but at Falmouth Toyota I felt as though I had a team looking out for the best vehicle to fit my needs and my budget and they absolutely delivered. Justin even dug around a bit more and got me a better APR than I expected. Living on an island makes doing things like buying a car fairly complicated and the team at Falmouth went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive and smooth. They understand the complexities of life on the Cape & Islands and it shows in how they work with their customers. He gave us the lowdown on the vehicle and took us for a drive. First time we had actually seen the RAV 4, back to the office and in ten mins. we had a deal. Yesterday 3/6 we picked up the car and dealt with Derrick D. Who patiently explained all the features of the vehicle,great guy!! The staff here are really unique and the facilities at Falmouth are quite impressive and outstanding. So head to Falmouth Toyota and you will be treated like royalty! More

They have a nice lounge to wait in with coffee and tea and cookies. We got to meet one of the owners. It is a family business and you can sense this by the way everyone interacts. They were able to pick me up at the ferry so that I could bring my new car home. Steve was patient and professional, letting me test drive 3 different cars. Justin in the finance department was personable and knowledgeable, helping me get the best financing package. I would recommend Falmouth Toyota to everyone. More

When it was below zero degrees outside and I had my two daughters (who love the kids play room!), Steve went outside and drove my car in for the inspection - Justin stayed late the day before New Year’s Eve and prepped the loan paperwork for John and John closed things out and even let my kids play with his calculator!
