I also dealt with 3 other Toyota dealers in Massachusetts and Nevada. Falmouth Toyota worked out fine - friendly and prompt. Other dealers were equally friendly but not as prompt. The "sales pitch" as it were was very low key, which attracted me; I cannot tolerate sales pitches full of hyperbole. Overall this has been a pleasant and efficient experience to test drive and purchase my 2017 Highlander from Falmouth Toyota. I am hopeful that the service department will be equally efficient and pleasant (I cannot rate it since I have only owned this new car for a week). More
