He assisted us to the cars that we were interested in looking at and let us test drive the car that we were interested in. Not once did we feel like it was an inconvenience or that we were a bother to him. The whole paperwork process went very smoothly. There were no games when talking about the price of the vehicle. Justin did a great job with helping us figure out the best rate and our payment options. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else. Matt was nice, willing to listen to what we wanted, and worked with us to get us into the vehicle we really wanted. They always have to ask, "What can I do to get you into this car today," but he wasn't a worked with us to get us into the vehicle we really wanted. They always have to ask, "What can I do to get you into this car today," but he wasn't as pushy as most. Justin also pushed the gap insurance and the extras, which we did not want. It was annoying, but once we said no, he only pestered us one more time before we had to say no a second time. They were both very friendly and I would work with Matt again in a heartbeat. Everyone I talked with in the service area (customers) waiting for cars seemed really happy with the service department; and everything was super clean. I bought my Jetta from Williamson VW/Honda years ago, and I assume this is still the same company. It had a good reputation back then, I hope it keeps that great reputation. Serving other customers like they served us, I think they have many bright years in the future. Cannot wait to get into a Honda CrossTour in a few more years! More

The staff was so very helpful and friendly! They helped explain things and even helped entertain our kids!! You guys are the BEST!!! We got stuck with a bad deal with our Acadia and Ryan and the staff at Honda of Lincoln made it right. They didn't have to as we didn't purchase the Acadia from them, but they went above and beyond for my family and I and I am very grateful to each of them!! We WILL be back!!! I recently purchased an Insight from this dealership and I would say that overall the experience was very pleasant. The entire staff, from entering the building, through the purchase was very kind. We went to buy a 2013 Honda Accord. This is our second vehicle in the family and our first and other car is a Toyota Sienna. We've been looking for a used Accord V6 for months and were excited to see one online last weekend. We called Larry to see if we could come in and take a look. The whole buying experience was so easy and enjoyable, which was not the case with some other places we visited. While we were waiting for our turn to do paperwork with Justin, we chatted with Nate about the possibility of adding a cargo net to the trunk.
