I appreciated the multiple ways to get in touch with him and he was always very prompt with follow-up to any questions. The negotiation process was straight-forward and I felt KP and his manager met my needs and I know I was able to get a great value for the car. When it came to "checking out" and going over paper work with Johnny from finance, this was the only part of my experience that could have been improved. He was quick and efficient at helping us get through all the paper work (while explaining it all was clearly) which was great. However, once we declined the extended warranty options his demeanor changed and I felt like we were being chastised and talked to like we were stupid. I noticed he didn't seem to look at us in the eyes anymore and he honestly seemed to lose respect for us, even though we just spent a hefty sum with his dealership. More

KP made everything clear and demonstrated adept knowledge regarding the vehicles we were interested in. I live 150 miles south of Ventura so I did all of the negotiating over text/email/phone. No dealer within 150 miles could come close to the price I got at Ventura Toyota. KP was the most professional car salesman I have ever dealt with. He gave me the out-the-door price over the phone and I was never pressured to buy all the extras. After meeting with Jeff in finance, I walked away with an awesome car, a smile on my face and didn't pay a penny more than I was quoted. It was the most pleasant car purchase experience.
