They don't tell you up front that you can only have one or the other. but they did honor an additional military disc financing option vs the rebate. KP helped make our buying experience great. KP's customer service and knowledge was excellent, and he was very helpful throughout the process. Ventura Toyota has the best customer service I've seen from a dealership in a long time. KP Ghuman is very helpful and friendly. I never got the feeling that they were only there for just the sale. I heard about KP through a family friend. I went to the dealership as I was looking to buy a new car (nothing serious), but after talking to him& how he explained me the gas mileage & all the savings I wil dealership as I was looking to buy a new car (nothing serious), but after talking to him& how he explained me the gas mileage & all the savings I will have , I got convinced & bought the camry. It seemed too good of a deal to be missed. I'm very happy that I went with Ventura Toyota. I was referred to Ventura Toyota by a coworker who purchased from the dealership earlier this year. I placed an online RFQ Friday evening and KP Ghuman contacted me by both email and cell shortly afte purchased from the dealership earlier this year. I placed an online RFQ Friday evening and KP Ghuman contacted me by both email and cell shortly after. I was able to get in contact with KP the following day. He instilled a strong sense of trust from our initial phone conversation and continued to build on that trust with subsequent conversations. We spoke several times that day, and I finally came in to make the purchase that evening. As a first-time car owner, I was apprehensive at the potential to take on a financial responsibility that I couldn't fulfill. KP was extremely patient with me and even shared a personal anecdote that set my mind at ease. Throughout the entire process he was professional and straight forward - no smoke and mirrors a lot of people think come with some car dealerships. Through the rest of the process, I met other Ventura Toyota team members - everyone was extremely personable. I felt like I was seen and treated as a first time car owner, and not just another customer or account number. My experience KP and the team at Ventura Toyota was fantastic. I have recommended them to another co-worker currently in the market for a car and will continue to do so for others. More

I had visited Toyota before. My questions were not answered about the Prius, particularly the plug in. There was no follow up by the sales person. Then I met KP.
