Easiest lease ever I am not a big fan of purchasing or leasing new vehicles. The transaction always seems to take longer than expected. But not this time. I was just I am not a big fan of purchasing or leasing new vehicles. The transaction always seems to take longer than expected. But not this time. I was just looking and not in need of a new car. But being able to work with K.P. via email and over the phone to discuss what I wanted and what I was willing to spend made the lease so easy. Hard pressure sales techniques do not sit well with me. K.P. was knowledgeable about the Camry specifically as well as the vehicles he had in stock and not pushy in the least. After answering all my questions and getting me a great deal I couldn't think of any reason NOT to take the lease. I would strongly recommend Ventura Toyota and K.P. Ghuman. More

I appreciated the multiple ways to get in touch with him and he was always very prompt with follow-up to any questions. The negotiation process was straight-forward and I felt KP and his manager met my needs and I know I was able to get a great value for the car. When it came to "checking out" and going over paper work with Johnny from finance, this was the only part of my experience that could have been improved. He was quick and efficient at helping us get through all the paper work (while explaining it all was clearly) which was great. However, once we declined the extended warranty options his demeanor changed and I felt like we were being chastised and talked to like we were stupid. I noticed he didn't seem to look at us in the eyes anymore and he honestly seemed to lose respect for us, even though we just spent a hefty sum with his dealership. More
