My 2106 Tacoma was recalled for frame work. Kacie Kuchinskas was my service advisor. She did a fantastic job. Handled all the details including the loaner vehicle. Took my vehicle in for repairs, we were having power steering issues, hoping it was covered under the extended warranty we purchased. Technician couldn’t duplicate the issue so it couldn’t be fixed. B steering issues, hoping it was covered under the extended warranty we purchased. Technician couldn’t duplicate the issue so it couldn’t be fixed. But they did inform me that my inspection was due to expire in 3 month and my cabin filter and engine filter were extremely dirty and they could do all that for some where’s around $250, remember I was having power steering problems. We didn’t get the filters or the inspection. I purchased my own filters for around $20 and installed them in about 3 1/2 minutes. While changing the cabin filter I discovered the filter bay was empty no filter have no idea what happened to it. Technician also stated he check power steering pump for leaks and damage but my car has electronic power steering so there’s is no pump don’t know what he looked at. claimed no codes were found I took it to my mechanic and 2 steering codes were found in the history. And they also stated in paperwork that they inspected the drivers side floor mat for proper installation but still nothing on the power steering. So to say the least I’ve learned that I will not deal with them anymore and I will never buy another extended warranty. More

Kacie smoothed out a situation that started with a recall for a fuel pump problem. A few days later when I started the car, I had a message to get to the dealer for a problem. They had me come right back for a fuel pump problem. A few days later when I started the car, I had a message to get to the dealer for a problem. They had me come right back in & leave the car . Supposedly, a defective part was put in from the kit sent to handle the recall. I picked up the car & filled with gas since I wasto have less gas in the car for the repair. 15 gallons bought. I noticed the gas needle didn’t move. Gas range info didn’t reset itself. I called. They ordered another part. I brought it back again to be worked on it. Kacie was very helpful through all of this with some help from Stephanie. I had bothered friends the first 2 times. Afterwards I did utilize the Courtesy Shuttle. Peter was great taking me home & picking me up for my car. The last time an Uber & Ray were used. It was unfortunate that a 1 time visit became 4 in all. What an inconvenience! Kacie did whatever she could to make a bad situation-tolerable. More
