First time I have found engine oil all over the engine compartment. Evidently they didn’t use drain around filter and left it run down, when engine started fan blew it all over. compartment. The service is gone down here at one time they used to wash our vehicles. My truck has a bumper to bumper warranty but after five months I was told my wiper blades didn’t work properly and I was suckered wash our vehicles. Brought my Tacoma in a few minutes early. Camera in bay did not pick license plate and attendee had to bring it back out thru the bay and get it rescanned. Then the car in front of it wouldn’t start and th did not pick license plate and attendee had to bring it back out thru the bay and get it rescanned. Then the car in front of it wouldn’t start and that caused a delay. Then waited 2 hours for just an oil change. Not happy. Won’t be coming back. Rather pay another place to change the oil then to wait 2 hours. But I do like the sales department when I bought my truck back in June. More
