Relax get here on time,staff loves that, take a minute to see what they will do to the car, grab a cup of coffee, sit down in waitin get here on time,staff loves that, take a minute to see what they will do to the car, grab a cup of coffee, sit down in waiting area watch tv or take a nap! and bingo your car is up to snuff for the next service time. I have been very impressed with both my car and Toyota of Scranton. I have never had such good service from a dealership before. My appointments go quickly so that I only have to wait on average 30 minutes for service. And I have never had a car that I enjoy more than my Toyota. I have great confidence in it. I love the features included. The ride is comfortable and the mechanics are sound. The computer is user friendly. The staff at the dealership are professional, friendly and courteous. More
