Our experience with the GMC service department has been extremely frustrating. Our truck has been sitting there since last Friday, waiting on a part that was supposed to arrive by Monday—but never did. Wh extremely frustrating. I was without a work vehicle for several days, which directly impacted our operations. No one from the service team reached out with updates, and phone calls went unanswered repeatedly. I eventually had to go down in person just to get any information on what was going on. It’s unacceptable to leave customers completely in the dark when their vehicle is in for service, especially when it's essential for business. GMC really needs to improve their communication and follow-through. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their service support. More
