Great Deal and Customer Service I had a 2008 RAV4 that was bought new and maintained through the years with great customer service. from this Dealership. Recently it began losing I had a 2008 RAV4 that was bought new and maintained through the years with great customer service. from this Dealership. Recently it began losing coolant internally somewhere. I had a Dealer loaner car while the problem was diagnosed, which in the end was not worth the repair cost. The Dealership sold me a new 2020 RAV4 Limited at a TruCare price and permitted me to keep the loaner car until the new car arrived at the Dealership from PA. Great price and great customer service. More

Assuming it was due to the construction but I noticed that my drivers side rear tire was covered in mud and the wheel well very dirty. People are parking everywhere due to the lack of space and I assum that my drivers side rear tire was covered in mud and the wheel well very dirty. While I am normally pleased with the service, this time I was disappointed. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I made a 7AM appointment for prior to work and was told to allow 30-40 min was disappointed. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They took it back telling me it would just take a few minutes. An hour later I was still waiting. More
