While I am normally pleased with the service, this time I was disappointed. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I made a 7AM appointment for prior to work and was told to allow 30-40 min was disappointed. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
