I did make an offer on the vehicle I purchased lower than the asking price and that all went smoothly, he was matter of fact about their situation and we came to an agreed price. Sam was also very helpful telling me about the Odyssey's features before we test drove it and also very helpful post-sale in helping connect my iPhone, and showing/teaching me how to use many of the dashboard and steering wheel features of the car. I would highly recommend Sam to my friends were they to be looking for a vehicle. Karen was friendly, professional and efficient and struck just the right balance by informing us about the various add-on insurances and service plans without being too pushy. More
