We so appreciated her friendliness after a long day of driving from dealership to dealership, we ended up in good hands. Thank you Kelsey! The manager, Shawn, we dealt with had a pretty dry and serious personality that rubbed us the wrong way and the finance manager wasn't happy that we were keeping her after her shift ended. Karen made it known that they were closed and she wanted to go home while we were figuring out the best finance option for our military family, relocating to the area. I didn't let them dim Kelsey's bright light though. So these 5 stars are for Kelsey! More

Expectations Exceeded Once Again! I have purchased two Honda Civic's from Wilde in the past few years and for a while had been looking at the CR-V model which offered more for what my I have purchased two Honda Civic's from Wilde in the past few years and for a while had been looking at the CR-V model which offered more for what my transportation needs are. For instance, I haul a lot being a soccer mom :) However Renee told me there were no incentives on that model so last weekend I took my 2nd Civic in for an oil change and took a look at the showroom floor and found the HR-V; a little sister shall we say of the CR-V but would still offer all that I needed in a car at a much better price. Renee and I got back in touch on Monday May 22nd and I really wasn't expecting anything but then Steve texted me and said he had put together a very attractive financing package that I should come in and look at. Still feeling a bit skeptical at this point, I made an appointment time to come in and at least test drive the HR-V and see what magic Steve put together. After having a fun test drive with Renee and knowing this is the car I can finally see myself in for a few years at least; I met with Steve and well it was definitely an attractive financing package. Payments would be pretty much what I was already paying on the Civic plus he was able to slash my previous Interest rate by half; resulting in the best interest rate I have ever had as a car owner. The down payment was small and very manageable. The deal was done :) Steve will go to bat for you to get you the best deal possible so even if you think it can't be done; you should at least try with this guy at the helm because the word can't isn't in his vocabulary. Next I met with Karen for the paperwork part of the process and she was very kind and pleasant to work with and explained all papers and what each one was for and allowing me to go at my own pace. Thank you for making the paperwork easy! This is the second time I have worked with Renee as my salesperson and it was just as wonderful as the first. She is very nice and easy to work with and answered all questions with ease. At no time did I ever feel pressure to buy. She explained all features of the HR-V very well and even offered to help transfer belongings from the old car to the new! While I appreciated that offer so very much; I still preferred doing it myself so I would know where my things were. She did give me extra bags to use in transporting stuff. I hope she's still around in a few years or so as I'd love to buy another car from her. To everyone else at Wilde that I encountered; thank you for being the most friendly and hard-working dealership around. There is nowhere else I will buy my future cars from. Wilde makes everything possible :) More

While I was apprehensive at first, Chuck did such a great job in meeting and working with me, I soon felt at ease and for the first time, actually enjoyed the whole experience. There was no pressure, no push, just patience, conversation and answers to ALL of my questions. Extremely knowledgeable staff. They knew the history of the vehicle, the features, functions and even the defects. Before the paperwork was even signed, we knew we had made the right decision. It was late in the evening yet, Karen guided us through the process with a smile on the entire time. Maybe the best part of all was the followup. Several days after our purchase Shawn went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle. It's that kind of customer service that can get lost in this day and age. Wilde East Towne Honda come extremely highly recommended from this consumer. While we love our new vehicle, we look forward to visiting them when it is time for our next... More
