While I was apprehensive at first, Chuck did such a great job in meeting and working with me, I soon felt at ease and for the first time, actually enjoyed the whole experience. There was no pressure, no push, just patience, conversation and answers to ALL of my questions. Extremely knowledgeable staff. They knew the history of the vehicle, the features, functions and even the defects. Before the paperwork was even signed, we knew we had made the right decision. It was late in the evening yet, Karen guided us through the process with a smile on the entire time. Maybe the best part of all was the followup. Several days after our purchase Shawn went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our vehicle. It's that kind of customer service that can get lost in this day and age.
