He was patient, explained everything in great detail and gave me several options that helped me figure out how to buy the car I really wanted. Not only was Syed great with me, all the staff I encountered on my visits were friendly and welcoming. Karen in finance was really great to work with as well. With a bright personality that shines across the room, she went over all my paper work taking time to answer all my questions. I would revcomend this dealership to anyone who is looking at buying a vehicle. They really value their customers and go beyond what you would expect to make sure you are satisfied. Very easy to work with and a great buying experience. I had e-mailed Jerry Ortega about a used car a few weeks ago....My wife and I decided to go car shopping and were interested in a Honda Accord. We stopped in to the dealership and talked to Jerry(because of the previous e-mail) We had done some homework, looked online and narrowed our vehicles down to a couple. Jerry pulled the vehicles up for us to drive and we actually didn't care for the cars that we drove. We told Jerry that we were going to the Toyota dealership and shop around.. We spent time there driving 3 cars, we still weren't satisfied... By this time, we decided to eat lunch..At lunch, I got back on line and found another Accord that had not been pictured yet...We went back to Jerry and my wife drove it..Fell in love with that car...We would and will recommend Jerry and also Karen in finance to anyone looking for a easy low pressure buying experience... We decided to go through with the sale because we got the vehicle we wanted but also because the overall experience and atmosphere was as good as it gets. Karen in finance was great. Felt like just stopping in to say hi today because she was so friendly when we handled the paperwork. I'm still amazed I bought an extended warranty, but after discussing it with her I felt like it was the right decision. Of course I'll be happy to never need it. The follow-up has been even more of the same - ensuring we are satisfied and making sure any questions are addressed. We just had some purchased options installed today and Cheryl in service couldn't have been more friendly and interested. It's makes you feel pretty special when you pull in and someone opens your door and introduces themselves by saying your name. That shows they care and it is appreciated. After our options were installed I had a question about one of the features and Josh was prepared and took the time to ensure the feature was working properly and I understood how to use it moving forward. Everyone we have dealt with at Wilde East has been a professional. Doing the simple things well, recognizing people and enjoying what they do. Unfortunate to say but it's unusual these days. Keep it up! More

Best car buying experience ever. Candi made my purchasing experience top notch. We drove 3 hours to take a test drive and she had it ready & warmed up when we got there. The dealership was inviting and all the employees were very friendly. The lounge kept my 10 year old son and his Dad entertained and full of popcorn while I worked with Candi & Karen. My Mazda Cx- 9 was detailed and tank full when I took it home. Candi was helpful even after the sale with setting up my Bluetooth. I will definitely be a return customer. I've also referred friend and family because of the great experience. More

Buying a car at Wilde was a very positive experience. Veli was so very patient with us through the whole process and then Karen was very helpful getting the paper work done. My wife doesn't trust easily when it comes to buying a car because of the game playing some sales people we have encountered in the past. When Veli knew what we could afford he did his very best to keep us on track without a lot of high pressure and let us walk away to let us think about the choice between the Nissan Rogue and the CRV. Karen was also very patient and helpful with the paper work. She told me something about the type of oil the car requires that I didn't know when she offered me the pre-paid oil change. It gave me a little peace on letting the car go over 3000 mile between oil changes. Good people! More
