Eric responded with a question about our trade-in. After responding to the question. I had to put this trade-in on hold as a relative was interested in the car. Eric was very understanding. After finding out my niece was not interested in our car, we proceeded. Eric made a excellent counteroffer, which we accepted. Upon arrival at the dealership, Eric introduced us to Janet to close the deal. Janet went above and beyond what we expected. After a few pleasant surprises, the deal was done. Karen helped us with the paperwork, again everything went smoothly and pleasantly. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! I had purchased my last car (a Prius) in 2008 and decid I must say that I was blown away by how wonderful my experience was at Wilde East Towne Honda. I had purchased my last car (a Prius) in 2008 and decided that it was time to get something a bit bigger and AWD. I had done a lot of research online and had narrowed my search down to three different vehicles...one of those being the Honda CR-V. Scott Jensen was the salesmen that took me under his wing. He was very patient and answered all my questions while I was deciding if the CR-V was the one for me. I must say that it was the way I was treated by Scott that ultimately made my decision to purchase the CR-V. He was very patient and never pushy to make a sale. He never bad mouthed the other vehicles that I was looking at (can't say the same for the other dealers). I will say that when it comes time to purchase another vehicle I will definitely be a repeat customer of Wilde East Honda and I hope that Scott will still be there. I tend to keep my vehicles for many years so you just never know. :) More
