When we went there, we were greeted by Jerry Ortega, who frankly proceeded to bend over backwards to answer all our questions and concerns regarding the 2008 RAV4 we were looking at. DIsclosure-I hate car shopping! After we reached an agreement with Jerry and bought the car, we were shepherded through the loan process with great courtesy by Karen Hardrath. We enjoyed (if spending money can be said to be enjoyable!) the experience and do recommend Wilde. More

I came to your dealership without much hope of leaving with a better vehicle, but that's exactly what happened, and I am still stunned! Leticia, and all the staff I dealt with, including Karen (and whomever I missed), listened to my story and went above and beyond my expectations to get me into a brand new Honda Fit! I left feeling relieved that I would now have reliable and great transportation to get to work when I get back into the job field! And not only that, but I feel less worried about the future, knowing my car will be cared for down the road, and well into the future! I will never shop for a car anywhere else!! Also Wilde East Honda Towne gives 30 days warranty which the other Toyota dealer doesnt provide if the used car does have more than 150,000 miles on them. Overall very happy with the purchase. Karen left a bit to be desired. I'm sure I'm the customer no one wants. Bull-headed and came in with a plan and some previous experience. Nevertheless, I'm the customer. So when a customer comes in and says they don't want something or wants to do something their way, lay off. The hard sell or not taking "no" for an answer may work for some people. However, I got the distinct feeling that the pressure/attitude Karen had with me had more to do with making money than it did with my well-being as a customer. I'll close by saying this was one of the better experiences I've had with a dealership. I felt like Conor really went out of his way to work with me and Shawn was very reasonable. More

Conor worked with us in a no pressure way to help us reach the conclusion that the Honda CRV was the car for us and then he facilitated completion of the sale in a very professional, accommodating way. Shawn Stittleburg also met with us several times during the process and we found him to be friendly and helpful as well. We worked with Karen Hardrath with completion of the paperwork. We found her to be very knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with too. I had the opportunity to meet with Cheryl Batease because of the work to be done on our new vehicle prior to us picking it up. She, also, was very friendly and helpful. Finally last night I had a message on my phone from Conor that we had forgotten our garage door opener in the vehicle we traded! We have been very impressed with our experience and frankly after meeting with Conor and doing my research on the internet we decided to forgo other dealerships and work with Conor and Wilde Honda. More
