I stopped by to drive an Impreza and mentioned that I had a time constraint to get a kid home. Mark Lidano suggested I use that as a test drive -- No pre-planned route, just use it like you would in the real world. I was sold not only on the car and the dealership but by this gentlemanly salesperson. All through the process, Mark asked questions to make sure he understood my needs. When we realized that a different Subaru would cost less and meet my needs, I stopped by to finalize things. Mark suggested I drive the new car while he worked on the paperwork to make sure. Then he asked, "When do you have to return your loaner?" I said, "uhm, today." Mark said, "I'll be right back." Mark returned with a key to a loaner car, "till yours get's here." Mark Lidano and CitySide took a stressful situation, replacing a car in a limited amount of time, and made it a pleasant experience. More

I came in several times and emailed Mark before making the purchase and he didn't hide some negatives about the car, such as its lack of a spare tire and less storage space than the usual Crosstrek-I really appreciated knowing this. Because of the COVID situation I was not able to get a full briefing of the car but I can't blame him for that. Its a complicated machine and will take some time to understand. Mark has answered all my questions so far promptly (there will be more). Cityside Subaru has taken good care of me- this is the second car I'be bought through them and the third that they have serviced. More
