I have been going to Coast BMW for about 3 years and my best experiences have been because of their new service advisor, Karina Gonzales! She definitely brightens your day when you are there (whether it’s because you are getting something fixed or just some routine maintenance done). Her customer service is impeccable. The service department needs to make sure the warranty information is on every BMW vehicle. My warranty information was not included in the computer information and therefore it took two visits to get th information is on every BMW vehicle.
