The Service Dept installed a new side mirror on my Lexus. I am so glad I did. I brought in a "dinged, scratched, and marked up" door with a dangling side mirror that was knocked off. They did a great job I am so glad I did. I brought in a "dinged, scratched, and marked up" door with a dangling side mirror that was knocked off. We brought our Lexus in to repair the catch to the hatch back door. The electronic part was working properly. You installed a part but apparently disconnected the electronic part. When we called our advi back door. The electronic part was working properly. You installed a part but apparently disconnected the electronic part. When we called our advisor, Kasey, she said there would be another charge to reconnect the electronics that YOU messed up. This is not acceptable. We will return the vehicle to you next week when the weather is good. We expect you to repair the vehicle to proper working condition without additional charge. More
