As I live out of state most of the process was handled over the phone or through email, including selection of the particular vehicle. Mike got all the behind-the-scenes paperwork in order and the vehicle delivered to/prepped at the dealership per my available schedule. The in-person closing took about two hours, as expected. All told, a rather stress free experience with great customer service. Mike also handled my two previous leases. Each one was completed without issues. I would absolutely continue to recommend Mike and Greentree as they have delivered to my complete satisfaction each time. More

The manager Keith Frank made us feel like truly important customers, and his personable manner and deep knowledge of Toyota products gave us great confidence. When we purchased a warranty with Kasey Curran, we were again treated with great consideration. Kasey went out of his way to explain all the details with transparency and kindness. In short, it was a true pleasure to do business at Greentree because of the excellence of its capable, friendly staff. Hats off for great customer service! More
