Overall everything was fine but there were a few issues with the process. I bought a car that was recently received by the dealership so it hadn’t gone through the shop yet which was fine. When they called with the process. I bought a car that was recently received by the dealership so it hadn’t gone through the shop yet which was fine. When they called to tell me my car was ready, they said they were getting it cleaned up. This was at 3:30. I got there at 4:30 and it still wasn’t ready. I was there until 6pm waiting for them to finish cleaning it and when I got in the car it looked exactly as it did when I test drove it. Splatters of food/drinks on the ceiling, sticker residue and permanent marker spots on the windshield and driver side mirror. I’m confused as to what they spent 3 hours on cleaning. I’ve had the car for 3 days, it needs an oil change which is something I thought would have been taken care of before they sold it. Oh and my license plate was misplaced. More

One week prior I was unfortunately taken advantage of by another car dealership with the same pr They made me a promise and followed through with it. One week prior I was unfortunately taken advantage of by another car dealership with the same promise. JB was able to get me into a 2025 for the $100 less than I put down on a 2022. I am more than grateful and will definitely shop with them again and refer them to everyone. More
