For the first time I had a good experience buying a new car. Caleb made the experience enjoyable. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find the right car for me. *Please note that this purchase was on 8/3/2023. Sabrina was knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted, a 2022 Kona Limited (CPO) but it ended at that. Overall, I was disappointed at the issue Sabrina was knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted, a 2022 Kona Limited (CPO) but it ended at that. Overall, I was disappointed at the issues I had to take care of after delivery of the vehicle. I also had the vehicle inspected by a third party and it needed a 4-wheel alignment. This should have been completed by the dealership prior to selling it. I sent a letter to the Sales Manager on 10/12/2023 but have yet to receive a response from them. This indicates, in my opinion, that they really don't care about the situation. I will not recommend Sabrina or the Dealership. More

I was out of state and was asking for a lot needing to do a trade in and purchase of new car it took a while and there were days of no communication I get it there are other costumers but all in all I’ve dea a trade in and purchase of new car it took a while and there were days of no communication I get it there are other costumers but all in all I’ve dealt with far worse dealerships and also far far better dealerships just pay attention to your intrest rates u were quoted and u will be fine More

Hands down the easiest car transaction we have ever made the dealership was fantastic and gave us the max amount for our trade in.
