The follow up support the next day, to answer more questions (about rear door operation and the phone system) was helpful. The problem I would call attention to is the complexity of electronics and computer system--far, far too much information for us to absorb. A week after purchase, we are unable to understand and use most of the computer-based features (radio, phone, navigation). I think training classes should be offered for people such as my wife and me, if requested. More

He went out of his way to make me feel like a valuable customer and to ensure that I would leave a happy customer as well. Katie in finance was also phenomenal, explaining all my options clearly and making sure I received the best financing possible. The entire experience went better than I could have imagined and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I feel comfortable taking my car there for servicing in the future.
